Between bids theirs was the most reasonable. I always prefer hiring the independent contractor. Great company to hire for all you re heating and cooling needs.

I really enjoyed working with them they made the experience very easy they were very knowledged in the areas that they provided service in. Even though it felt like a small business they definitely gave the quality and offerings of a large business if not exceeded them.

Honest Air was accessible to me and made me feel like we were their only customer, which I know we were not. They were reasonably priced and did an outstanding job of installation. Very nice, friendly and knowledgeable He took time to let me know what he was doing and when done went through his bill with me. And really liked the fact that to replace the unit was not the first thing on his mind. Will use him again if needed.

Good communication-helpful tips. Let me know when he was unavoidably detained and rescheduled in a timely manner. Would hire him again.

Todd responded quickly to my electronic plea for help. We set an appointment for the next day. He not only was prompt, but he texted ahead to notify us he was en route. He diagnosed the problem correctly,which was not something 2 previous repair companies were able to do. He was able to order parts, and after 6 weeks of Tricities summer without heat relief we once again appreciate the wonder of AC. I would absolutely use them again. I would have no problem recommending to friends and family.

Thomas was amazing from the the start. Polite and considerate. I explained the situation with my A/C, he gave me 2 scenarios and the first one was spot on. Air filter needed changing. A/C working 10X better. Much appreciated, thank you so much.

Todd is the best tech I've ever had here. He found the unusual problem (new thermostat was defective)in short order, plus a couple other defects, easily fixed. Each problem masked the others, but he found them anyway.

Honest Air replaced our old heating and cooling system with a new RUUD unit. The new unit works great and the price of the unit and the labor to install was very competitive. Todd is easy to work with, very friendly and super knowledgeable about heating and cooling systems. He also has a great crew that made the replacement go fast. They were great. During the snowstorm, they came to my house and told me what parts needed to be replaced. They ordered the parts and installed them the next day. I could not believe how quickly they repaired my furnace. I could not have been more pleased.

Of course our 42 year old heat pump died on a Saturday afternoon during our local cold spell/blizzard. Temp dropped to 56F by midmorning today so I used HomeAdvisor to find a heat pump repair that could be done before the temperature dropped even further. Todd at Honest Air wrote back immediately regarding the job. I didn't see the email for two hours since we were digging out. I called Todd and he said he could be there within the hour. And he was. Loved his business style because I like so see the why and how, what was wrong and how it was affecting our "vintage" unit. Todd was great about answering all my questions. He didn't mind my dog snoopervising. He explained what the next steps should be. Todd does not charge a weekend premium which was very much appreciated. He sent my paid invoice before he even left the house. Our house is getting nice and toasty! Thanks Todd!
